Fieldbury plc announces that on 22 September 2008 it agreed to grant options over a total of 2,500,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 4.5p per share to certain directors of the Company under the Company's Share Option Scheme (the 'Options').

*500,000 options have been granted to Rory Stear subject to certain performance related criteria relating to the performance of Dixie Sales Inc (the 'Conditions').  200,000 options vest and become exercisable (subject to the Conditions) when the accounts for the period ending 31 December 2008 are signed by the directors and auditors. 150,000 options vest and become exercisable (subject to the Conditions) when each of the accounts for the periods ending 31 December 2009 and 31 December 2010 are signed by the directors and auditors
